·         Consultations are always free up to the first hour. 

·         After the first hour a consultation will run $75 an Hour. 

·         Design and in Office work is also $75/ an Hour.

·         Lawn maintenance is a Lawn by Lawn quote.  Weekly cuts are a set price. Bi-weekly cuts have a 50% increase on top of set price of weekly cut.

Example quote: Lawn cut weekly=$25.00.   Lawn cut bi-weekly=$37.50

·         Labor Rate for this year is $35/ an hour per Laborer.

       Example given:  1 laborer on job for 8 hrs = $280.00

Same job          : 2 laborers on job for 4 hrs= $280.00

Same job          : 4 laborers on job for 2 hrs= $280.00
